In exciting news for the Gold Coast, Brisbane and beyond, Storyfest on the Road has launched across South-East Queensland. Storyfest on the Road is a unique initiative that sees some of the country’s best authors hop on board the Storyfest van to visit Schools, Early Learning Centres, and various events across South-East Queensland and beyond.
Our outstanding collective of authors and illustrators will jump on the road to offer students opportunities to develop and inspire their creative writing skills and work on their illustrator prowess with tailored workshops and visits, as we celebrate all forms of storytelling, nurturing literacy of the future and reflecting our commitment to connect authors and storytellers with children.
We have stellar line-up of authors for 2019 which will ensure children are inspired, empowered and encouraged to put creativity down on the page. Recent visits have included Clover Hill State School, Miami State School and Gilston State School.
