Kim is a descendent of the Kullilli & Wakka Wakka clan."One of my biggest accomplishments was in 2016 when I completed my degree in Contemporary Australian Indigenous Art at Griffith University. This gave me the opportunity to produce over 20 gallery shows here in Australia and public art talks in China. My practice includes sculpture, intricate culture weaving, traditional & contemporary Indigenous paintings and prints and public art talks. My style reflects my heritage as an Aboriginal woman. My current work is about life and stories of my cultural journey. It is through my past and present elders that these historical, traditional and contemporary stories are told within my Aboriginal art practice."
